Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Skills session changes must be requested in writing and approved no less than 24 hours prior to originally scheduled date.

No call / NO show will result in forfeiture of fee and a new full fee being generated to reschedule skills session.

Failure to produce current course card/credentials or Online AHA component certificate prior to or upon arrival at skills session can result in the session being rescheduled and an additional fee being charged.

Original Course card may not be provided at the skills session.
Verification of successful completion can and will be provided and original card will be mailed as soon as it is ready. ( this should take no more than 10 working days).
